What a weekend we had! One of our favorite photographers and good friend Julia came to town and we got to have our maternity pics taken yesterday! It was a lot of fun and we are so thankful Julia was able to do that for us!

Today was a whole new fun and exciting adventure as well. Brian, Collin, my parents, and grandma were able to join us for our 4D ultrasound. We had about 25 minutes to watch Abby move around and kick and hold her cute little feet. Of course she loves sticking her tongue out at us too. She would not move her hands and feet out of the way but I thought we still got so many great pictures and a fun DVD. It was worth every penny. Collin was so excited to see his little sister. He was smiling and laughing the whole time:)
What a joy today was. I thank God daily for all the blessings he has given us. It is an honor to raise children and to carry a child. I am in awe of Gods love and work in our life!

24 weeks pregnant

At the beach today! 24 weeks and a couple days pregnant!


The last 6 months of being pregnant have gone by so fast! It has been such a joy and I just love all the new things that I get to experience with this pregnancy. It has been really fun to see Abby move around in my tummy! Brian got to feel her move for the first time two weeks ago and Collin got to feel her move last week. Now we will be sitting on the couch and Abby will kick and my belly will make a huge jump. Brian and I love all these new things and we both are especially happy that I am feeling great and have had no crazy mood swings:)
The first trimester was rough. I was sick all day and night, I had heart problems, I was exhausted, and moody a lot. Being past that has allowed us all to just be thankful and ready for Abby to come into the world! We are so excited to share Jesus with our our precious gift! We are just so excited she will have two parents who love the Lord.
