26.5 weeks pregnant

Finally a baby pregnancy update!
The last two weeks have been so great! I am sleeping so good and have some extra energy! It has been so much fun and perfect timing for summer. I am trying to spend as much time with Collin and Abby taking them to the beach and doing fun activities before this sweet new baby comes. With Collin off of school we get to spend so much more time with him and it has been such a sweet blessing and so much fun. Asher is kicking like crazy. I rarely felt Abby kicking so this has been very different. I feel like he is going to kick his way out of my belly. Not to mention I feel huge and can not believe I still have a good 13 weeks to go! Which also means my third trimester is a couple days away and I am sure I will get tired again. I am looking forward to Asher joining our family and so grateful for a break in the hard times of this pregnancy.

Collin finishes strong and Abby turns 20 months

Collin ended his last day of the 6th grade last Wednesday. I can not believe he will be entering the 7th grade and turning 12 in September. He did awesome this year and school. He got straight A's and B's. He has grown up so fast and changed so much. He is really excited about this summer and all the fun things he will be doing. We are very happy to see how well he is doing and pray God continues to work in his heart and grow him into a Godly man! Oh what a joy that would be to see him serve Jesus all of his days! We love you Collin!

Abby turned 20 months old yesterday. She is still her silly little self and feisty as can be! She is in the stage of saying "no" to everything! It has been a challenging time disciplining through it and praying she will grow out of this sooner than later. Although she can be a hand full at times she is so great and we adore her so much! I can not imagine life without her! God must have made her so ridiculously cute so that we can quickly forget some of these tantrums and days that seem to last forever. As of this weekend she has eaten chicken and I made pasta yesterday and she ate the turkey sauce! When she chooses to eat something new I get very excited because most of her diet is milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, and some fruit. She is sleeping awesome at night and taking naps! We are so grateful! Abby has close to 10 necklaces, 3 bracelots, and 1 ring on half the day. She loves to pick out her own dresses for church on Sunday, she loves shoes, and walks around with her little purses. She is our talker and sings half the day as well.

Collin and Abby together is just too much. They love each other so much. Abby is learning how to share and not take and cry over everything Collin wants to play with. They argue a lot. It is a little crazy at times but Abby needed a brother like Collin to teach her to to share and he also teaches her all kinds of new things. He loves to sing to her and wrestle. They both can not wait for baby Asher! They both have such a love for babies. Abby just sits and stares at my friends baby and wants to kiss and love him all day! Collin talks about how he will hold Asher all day long when he comes!

I do not have a lot of picture of Collin at the moment because he does not love pictures and I do not have as many opportunities to photograph him. Pictures of Collin to come!

Father's Day

Celebrating a daddy and husband like Brian is the best thing because he truly is the most wonderful dad and husband I could ever imagine. We had a perfect three days together! It started with splashing around with friends at the YMCA, the boys going to see Superman together, Collin taking us out to Mexican, church family, and then church and visiting our dads and having a blast! It was a perfect weekend and I am so thankful for BRIAN!
