Asher is 5 months old today

I can not believe this little guy is five months old! He is cuter than I could have ever imagined him to be. I adore this little guy with my whole heart! He is the sweetest thing, smiles and laughs a lot, he is pretty content, a great napper,and I think he is going to love food! We tried some oatmeal yesterday and he ate it all up so fast! On the flip side this babe refuses to sleep good at night. He is up every hour or more. It is rough but I know it is just a season! It seems like he is teething and gassy and who knows what! I figure I can not have an easy baby all day and night:) Never thought a baby could sleep worse than Abby did..... MYTH! (Went to the doc a week after this post. Asher is 17lbs 3 ounces. Found out he is allergic to dairy and possibly soy. Poor buddy! And poor momma! Hoping Asher's belly feels better soon and this will help him sleep!)

Sea World

We just got Sea World passes! We had so much fun today! Love our family time!

Asher is 4months old

Our sweet little man turned four months old yesterday! He is such a sweet boy! Love all his noises he has been making. He wants to roll over so bad and I think he is pretty close! Unfortunately he is not a great sleeper! His doctor said he is probably in a growth spurt and to give him some rice cereal. We tried a little formula yesterday and he slept much better. Mommy and daddy need rest. 

Asher had his shots today. He loves Dr. Short. He did great. He weighs 15pounds 14 ounces and is in the 70th percentile, he is 24.5 inches long which is the 35th percentile, and of course his head is 44cm which puts him in the 90th percentile. 

Kinley Adventure

This weekend I cooked Collin a turkey meal since he did not get turkey on Thanksgiving. Then yesterday we took the kids on the trolley for the first time. We took the trolley from Santee to Grossmont Center and went to BJ's for their happy hour, then cold stone. We rarely do things like this so it was a really special treat! I would love more ideas for fun weekend adventures.

Christmas in Idaho

Brian, myself, and our three kids drove to Boise to see Brian's family for Christmas. It took 22 hours to get there because of snow! Kids did great even in our small car! We bought a mini van and had a much more comfortable 16 hour drive home! It was a sweet time seeing everyone and I absolutely loved the snow!!! I love cold weather! Brian does not:)
